This website enable the rapid visualization of gene expression profiles accompanying testicular and ovarian differentiation in mice.

Only genes or probe sets expressed in a sex-specific manner are shown. This represents 2306 dimorphic genes; 1223 are expressed in the developing ovary and 1083 in the developing testis (for detail see Nef et al, 2005).

To start searching for the expression profile of a particular gene, please enter it’s Affymetrix ID, it’s uniGene ID or alternatively part of it’s official name.

If no match is found, either your gene of interest has not been detected as sexually dimorphic or the name used for your search was not the official name. In this case please check the Affymetrix’s website for the corresponding ID numbers and/or official names.
